The recipes below are favorites of my family. They have been made over and over again and always get eaten up, usually with no leftovers. All of these recipes are eaten by my pickiest eaters, 3 1/2 year old Jamison and 8 year old Emily.
I did make a few small changes to some of the original recipes so I have included the changes I made, see the *. With my changes the recipes are still yummy.
Also, these recipes are quick to make and some can be made ahead of time. This is a plus in the busy world of mommying.

Light Crock Pot Fiesta Chicken & Rice Bowls (*used 1/2 can green chilies & no cheese)
Moo Goo Gai Pan ( *omitted the sugar)
Pan Seared Chicken With Mushrooms (*used chicken broth instead of dry white wine)
Thai Chicken Burgers (*used 1/2 jalapeño & omitted brown sugar & fish sauce in dressing)
Easy Chicken Vesuvio (*used chicken broth in place of wine)
