Do you like snickerdoodle cookies? If you do, then you are going to looove this bread! It’s tastes just like the cookie with a little less effort.
The bread is loaded with cinnamon and has a really nice texture. I used cream of tartar and sour cream to get that slightly tangy taste that the cookie has. It’s not overpowering, it’s just a hint.
To get the great texture you will start out by creaming your butter for one minute. Then add in your sugars and cream for another three minutes. Don’t miss this step, it’s very, very important! This bread comes together quickly and it will leave your kitchen smelling like cinnamon.
