Preheat oven to 350° F
Make crumb topping. Place all ingredients in a small bowl. With a fork cut in the butter. Set aside
In a mixing bowl beat together eggs, oil, vanilla, bananas, and sugars.
Add in flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and top with crumb topping. Bake 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when tested. Store in an airtight container on the counter for 3 days or in the refrigerator for a week.
*When you take the bread out of the pan some of the topping will come off.
